The Eco Film Festival Secretariat has been overwhelmed with so many online submissions for this year's festival. Thank you so much for your submissions and we are looking at screening almost all of them. However, the due date for submissions is still far away and we are expecting to be receiving more films up till August 15th, 2010.

Beyond the Pole, the comedy feature film from Actress/Producer Helen Baxendale (Friends, Cold Feet), today picked up Best Comedy at the London Independent Film Festival.  Directed and produced by Helen’s partner, David L Williams, and currently in UK cinemas, Beyond the Pole has now won 8 awards in European and American Festivals, at least one in every competitive festival entered.

The Eco Film Fest 2010 is back! This time round, spanking brand new award-winning environmental films and a whole new line up for the green exhibition and performances.

Held at the Faculty of Economics and Administration of the University Malaya, this year's Festival will wow you with a plethora of earth friendly activities and programmes. Whether you are scouting for green products and services, or exciting to catch the screening of some of the best environmental movies on the planet, this Festival will satisfy your thirst for everything eco-friendly.
